4/5/11 Sad News from the Worksite...
Mohamed Mansaray, one of our hired skilled builders from a neighboring village, passed away in Blama Peri (our village) last week. He had a headache and fever that unexpectedly caused his death in just two days. It was may have been Malaria, Typhus, or Yellow Fever. They did not try to bring him to the nearest health center, since it took place so quickly. I'm guessing that this was the result of living without resources for hygiene and medicine for so many years. Their situation is different then ours.
Mr. Mansaray had three children. You can say a prayer for them and his wife as this would be their hard time trying to deal with the loss of their Dad and husband.
